Sarah Belton

Managing Director

Sarah began her journey to becoming Salon Owner back in 1988 when studying for a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy in Nottingham.
Sarah specialised in facial treatments, particularly CACI, which were her area expertise for many years. 
She believes advanced training builds great specialists and continues to build on her own skills, and those of her team.
Sarah felt there was room in Newark for a dedicated, high-quality and professional beauty salon so she opened Newark Beauty Rooms in November 2013.
Sarah recently stepped back from her treatments in order to spend more time developing the business.

Aimee Wilson
Salon Manager
Aimee is a very experienced therapist, having worked in the spa sector as well as within beauty salons. 
She is highly motivated and will always go that extra mile to ensure she delivers a second-to-none treatment and is passionate about Clarins products and treatments. 
Having been with NBR from day one, she understands what makes our business tick. 

Louise Nicholson 
Senior Beauty Therapist
Louise is a familiar face, having worked in Newark for over 20 years. Previously, she and Sarah worked together at Grantham Beauty Clinic for five years, where they forged a strong friendship.
Louise studied at Champneys, an exclusive and highly-respected training school & spa in Hertfordshire, where she excelled in all ares.
She particularly enjoys treating different skin conditions & problems and specialises in advanced electrolysis procedures.

Alissa Draper
Beauty Therapist
Having joined NBR in the summer of 2017, Alissa is warm, kind and dedicated to her trade. 
She's completed her CACI training in London, along with being fully qualified in Clarins treatments too - the Clarins Wellbeing treatments being a particular favourite. 
Alissa is an extremely popular member of our team, she is very eager to look after NBR clients and ensure they have a lovely experience.

Beth Cooper 
Beauty Therapist
We were very glad to welcome Beth in the Autumn of 2018. 
She'd worked for many years in the spa world and, like Kelsey, was ready to continue her career in the salon sector. 
Beth excels in massage, but is great in all other aspects of beauty too. Last year she went to London to complete her Clarins training, hugely impressing Clarins trainers with her expertise. 
You'll feel very safe in Beth's hands.

Stacey White
Beauty Therapist
Stacey joined the NBR family in January 2018 after studying at Lincoln college for a BTEC National Diploma in 2005.
She works part-time with us and has many years experience, having worked locally throughout her beauty career. Although she is well-practised in the art of Lash Extensions, she has expanded her repertoire since being at NBR and loves all aspects of the beauty world. Stacey trained in Clarins treatments in London last year to add to her knowledge and of course, was top of the class.

We feel it's so important to have a great 'front of house' in a business, and that's just what we've got with our reception team. 

They have a passion for the beauty industry and just love our product ranges.
You can always be assured of the warmest of welcomes from the moment you walk through the door. 

Jo Holden 
-Jo has always been customer-facing during her working life, having been front of house in many businesses. She's well versed in customer service having worked in luxury fashion in Newark also.
Jo is extremely knowledgeable where our treatments and products are concerned and is the best advert for our CACI treatments, which she has had for many years now. 

Joanne Stapley 
-Although the beauty industry was a new challenge to Joanne when she joined NBR last year, she embraced the subject amazingly well. She was keen to learn about our business and has done just that. Like Jo, Joanne has fabulous people skills - she's a natural.

Chloe Watt
-Chloe's background is in hairdressing, however after a maternity break she decided to change direction slightly. She enjoys learning all about the beauty world and has fantastic customer service skills.
